About the Role
Local Rank Tracker is looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex local SEO data into clear, intuitive, and polished product experiences.
You will work on ranking grids, keyword tracking dashboards, competitor visibility tools, location performance views, reporting interfaces, and other workflows across the Local Rank Tracker platform.
This role is ideal for someone who understands SaaS product design, enjoys simplifying data-heavy interfaces, and cares about both usability and visual quality.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean and intuitive SaaS product interfaces
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Improve ranking grid and geographic visibility experiences
- Design keyword tracking, competitor, location, and reporting dashboards
- Build clear user flows for new product features
- Create reusable components and maintain a consistent design system
- Work closely with frontend developers during implementation
- Review existing interfaces and identify usability improvements
- Improve responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Design forms, filters, tables, charts, navigation, and interactive states
- Support onboarding and account-related product experiences
- Create prototypes for testing new ideas
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to understand real user workflows
- Help improve accessibility and interface clarity
- Support design requirements for product launches and feature updates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong UI and UX design fundamentals
- Experience designing web or SaaS products
- Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working with data-heavy dashboards
- Ability to simplify complex workflows
- Strong knowledge of responsive design
- Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Ability to build and maintain reusable design components
- Good understanding of user flows and information architecture
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly
- Comfortable working with developers and product teams
Preferred Skills
The following experience is helpful but not required:
- Strong experience with Figma
- Previous SaaS product design experience
- Experience designing analytics or SEO products
- Dashboard and data visualization design
- Experience with design systems
- Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Experience working with responsive SaaS interfaces
- Basic understanding of local SEO or digital marketing
- Experience working with product analytics or user feedback
